Health & Wellness Coaching is a collaborative, client-centered process designed to support sustainable behavior change.
Unlike CBCT®, which is a structured compassion training curriculum, coaching focuses on individualized goal-setting, clarity, and actionable change in daily life.
These 30-minute sessions use evidence-informed wellness coaching principles — including change talk and motivational interviewing techniques — to help clients:
• Clarify personal and professional goals
• Strengthen commitment to healthy behavior change
• Build sustainable habits
• Navigate transitions with accountability
• Align values with daily actions
• Increase resilience through intentional lifestyle shifts

This 20-hour CBCT® cohort is currently in progress in partnership with the Apostolic Association of Churches, Ministers, and Leaders (AACML). Future cohorts will be announced.

Proposed Start Date: May 11
A specialized compassion-based resilience training designed for high-stress environments, including law enforcement and frontline public servants.
This cohort is intended to support nervous system regulation, stress recovery, emotional clarity, and trauma-informed leadership within the City of Atlanta Police Department.
